Manager for a team of Developers-
Technical:
*1+ years of professional experience working with online media
*Can comfortably oversee a team of Developers
*Extensive experience working with database driven sites
*Ability to communicate complex ideas
*HTML/DHMTL/CSS knowledge is a must
*Strong Knowledge of PHP/MySQL/XML integration a must
*Action-Script (AS2 and understanding of OOP principles essential)
*Ability to communicate and cooperate with producers, creative and technical teams

Sr. Developer-
Technical:
*3+ years of professional experience working with online media
*HTML/DHMTL/CSS knowledge is a must
*Strong Knowledge of PHP/MySQL/XML integration a must
*Action-Script (AS2 and understanding of OOP principles essential)
*Proficient with Flash and Photoshop
*JavaScript programming is a plus
*Ability to communicate and cooperate with producers, creative and technical teams
*Ability to partake in all aspects of the project life-cycle

Jr. Developer-
Technical:
*1+ years of professional experience working with online media
*HTML/CSS knowledge is a must
*Basic understanding of Action Script
*Strong Knowledge of PHP/MySQL/XML integration a plus

General:
*Self-motivated, able to multi-task
*Ability to function independently and still work well in a "team oriented" environment
*Desire to take initiative to be productive and efficient
*Ability to hit deadlines
*An uncanny attention to detail
